itunes playlists

I've been meaning to post about this for so long now. One of the reasons we chose the Henry Miller Library was because we could use an iPod or even our computer (using iTunes). I spent waaaay too much time putting together playlists, but it was probably my favorite part about the wedding planning.

Here are the lists:

Pre-Ceremony


The bridesmaids walked in to "Somewhere Only We Know" by Keane.

Then I walked down the aisle to "Hard Sun" by Eddie Vedder.

Once the ceremony was over, we exited to "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness.

Our first dance as a married couple was to "You Are My Sunshine" by Elizabeth Mitchell.

Then I danced with my dad to "Moonshadow" by Cat Stevens and Troy danced with his mom to "Wildflowers" by Tom Petty.

Cocktail/Dinner



Dance (I didn't make an effort to weed out explicit songs - we had mostly people in their early 30's, it was a bbq, and we wanted to PARTY - I realize this isn't for everyone)
